Recruitment Procedure

Post or E-mail one or two recent photographs (Not Professional) representing a clear 
close-up of the head and shoulders for our consideration. E-Mail files should limited to 100 kb max. 

Please include name, address and telephone number so that we may contact  you to arrange 
an interview if we feel the applicant has modelling potential and if we have availability within the 
relevant age group.

If posting photos, pleases enclose an S.A.E for their return. 

Interview Procedure

The interview is designed to assess the applicants potential for commercial, photographic 
and filmed advertising, and to gauge whether your own circumstances are conducive to you 
having a productive contract with the agency. 

Upon arrival you will be interviewed in private by a senior member of staff who will take you 
through a brief questionnaire in order to assess your circumstances and suitability. 
We cover issues such as flexibility with employment, schooling and child care arrangements 
for chaperoning on assignments if relevant. 
After the interview we hold a seminar, which is designed to convey a balanced and realistic 
insight as to what one can reasonably expect from us as an agency and from the industry 
as a whole. We point out the advantages and disadvantages. The professional advice that 
we offer and our ability to answer any queries you may have are based on over 15 years 
experience within the industry. 
Please note that ideally applicants should reside within 1 hour 30 min of 
Central London. However exceptions can be made.
